When a home-buyer works with a Berkshire Dream Home agent, they experience top-shelf customer service that begins with the critically important Buyer's Counseling Interview (BCI). 

 

The purpose of the BCI is two-fold. First, our real estate agents invest in learning their client's home-buying goals, preferences, and timelines. We ask questions, build rapport, and create a solid working relationship. Next, our agents will provide in-depth information about the process of buying a home, including the lending process, the status of the current market, what to expect when writing an offer, a strategy for seeing homes for sale, an understanding of costs, and education on the legal documents associated with the purchase.

 

We'll create a listing alert in our local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to ensure that any home that meets the buyer's criteria goes immediately to their inbox.

If you are considering selling your home, working with a professional who can guide you through the process is essential. 

 

Today's buyers expect homes to look good and be renovation free. They also want to walk into a home and instantly be able to imagine themselves living there, so it's important to prepare your home for sale. Things like curb appeal, fresh paint, clutter-free spaces, and staging are all strategies we use to accomplish a well-prepped home.

Berkshire Dream Home has a full complement of staff and resources to handle the preparation process. 

 

Once your home is ready for the market, we capture it through the lens of a skilled, professional photographer. Professional photos are the gateway to creating buyer interest. All Berkshire Dream Home properties are listed on our local Multiple Listing Service (MLS).   

 

In addition to preparing your home for sale, our real estate agents deeply understand the local market, including days on the market, pricing, and overall buyer demand. Our agents are experienced and skilled negotiators who continually invest in professional training and education to ensure they are at the forefront of the market and always providing the best service possible to their clients.
